Antique Greiner Style China Doll with Exposed Ears - Antique German Dolls - Collectible Dolls 15" tall

Antique German Greiner style doll with beautiful painted hair and facial features, China arms (from elbows down) and China lower legs with painted white stockings, blue garters and black boots with blue laces. She has exposed ears.
She has no markings thst I can see but she very much favors an early Kestner.

Her clothing: a cotton blouse with delicate lace trim and a hand embroidered front. Long pantaloons with pleats at the bottom, a shell button closure in back and an open crotch (so that ladies could use the toilet without having to remove their many layers of clothing. A beautiful, frilly petticoat with snap.closure in back.. A long red skirt with tiny white floral print and no closure in back. A half apron which ties around the back and keeps the skirt closed.

Condition: the body, head, arms and legs are excellent, except for one tiny chip on the bottom toe of her right boot and some paint rubbed away on some small spots on the back of her hair and three tiny spots on the front. A minor paint flaw on the blush on her left cheek, looks original to production. The clothing is in good condition: could use a cleaning, there are a few rust spots and stains and a repair on the front of the apron. I don't see any holes
