Antique German Doll with Blonde Molded Hair and Extra Long Gown - Antique German Dolls - Collectible Dolls 20" tall
Antique German doll with beautiful rounded face with painted facial features, an elaborate blonde molded hairstyle and China hands. She has a soft leather body with "joints" at the elbows, hips and knees.
Her clothing: cotton pantaloons, a short wool underskirt, long cotton underskirt with drawstring, a long beautiful gown with high ruffled neck with mop buttons on the back and tie belt, a gorgeous mesh and lace bonnet with a silk string tie, and a white glass beaded necklace (likely not original to her but it looks pretty so it's coming with her).
Condition: the head and hands are in excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. The leather body shows wear and there are cracks on her right hip and on the seam or her inner left knee, would be an easy repair if wanted.
Her clothing shows wear: some stains and yellowing but I don't see any holes.
