1950's 2pc Bridal Trousseau Set by Shadowline 50's Sleepwear 50s Lingerie - Women's Vintage Size XS

Absolutely gorgeous chiffon peignoir and nightgown set in ethereal white, made by Shadowline. Features two layers of chiffon, a midriff yoke, appliques, and sheer details:

The gown is in Greek Goddess style with a rounded neckline and gathered fabric. The sheer outer layer of the skirt is dotted with tiny flower embroideries and the bottom is trimmed in lace. There is an attached tie belt to ensure a perfect fit.
The peignoir is a swing coat style with a lace-trimmed neckline with button closure and tie string. The sleeves are sheer and have embroidery matching the skirt of the nightgown. The sleeves are also dramatically puffed and trimmed in lace.

This a really special and rare set and it looks like a dream with its soft, flowy layers of nylon chiffon. A must-have for your vintage boudoir or the perfect gift for your favorite bride-to-be.

Excellent vintage condition, no tears, holes, stains or repairs.

Hand washed, hung dry and steamed by me, ready to wear.
