1970s Dress High Ruffle Collar and Matching Belt - 70's Dress - 70s Women's Vintage Size Medium
1970s Victorian revival dress in stunning emerald green with matching belt. Made by JC Penney.
Features a high collar with a ruffle anf tie string which creates a ruffled keyhole, bishop sleeves with elastic ruffle cuffs and an elastic waist. The fabric is sheer and has shimmery vertical stripes in the weave.
Good vintage condition: no holes, stains, fading or repairs. There are some small pulls on the front of the bodice. The elastic in the waist is in good condition,the elastic on the cuffs has very little stretch to it. The belt is a little crinkly but that doesn't show when being worn. Please see photos.
Hand washed, hung dry and steamed by me.
