70s vintage cotton circle skirt in brightred with the most adorable navy and white panda bear print.
The banded waist has a hook/eye and zipper closure and it was handmade in the 70s using a 50s pattern. Not lined.
The cotton fabric is crisp as it was never worn or laundered. I home dry cleaned it and steamed it, so it's nice and fresh.
