Rare 1930s nightgown in white by Miss New Yorker.
Features gorgeous lace and crystal pleat chiffon on the sleeves, bodice and trimming the bottom. It's flowy and super long, floor-length, and drapes like an absolute dream. A superb piece of fashion history.
Great vintage condition: the seams are strong. There are no holes, tears or repairs. There is some faint yellowing in areas due to age. It doesn't take away from its ethereal beauty.
Hand washed, hung dry and steamed by me, ready to wear.
Approximately a size medium, gently pinned on a size 10 mannequin here (I didn't want to force it over the shoulders). There is no stretch to the fabric. You have to step into it of put it on over your head. Please see measurements:
