Features thin shoulder pads, two sizes of plaid, a tie belt in back making the waist adjustable, chain link detail on sides, a layered look (so popular in the 90s) with an "outer" dress in a small plaid and a panel to look like an inner dress in a larger plaid. The outer dress has buttons on the bodice and flows open when you walk and it's SO cute.
I just love this office-meets-grunge look. Don't forget your Doc Martens!
