1980s Red White and Blue Romper with Matching Jacket and Belt - 80s Romper - Women's Vintage Size Large

70s red, white and blue outfit with romper, jacket and belt. By Ultra Dress New York, made in the USA. Purchased at an estate sale in Augusta, GA
The romper features a blousy white top with cap sleeves. The bottom is navy blue and has an adorable tap pants look; nice and flowy with lots of movement when you walk. The jacket is short with navy and white vertical stripes, shoulder pads and red picket square. Matching red belt Included.
The fabric is a soft rayon and acetate blend that drapes so nicely.

Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear.

Good condition, no tears, fading or repairs. There are some pale, small (looks like) pen marks on front of the bodice and a faint yellow spot (see photos) These don't show while the jacket is on and wouldn't be noticeable with a big, chunky necklace or multiple necklaces. The spots are much less noticeable after dry cleaning. There is an extra hole punched in the belt by the previous owner (to make it smaller).

Approximately a size large. The label says 14 Petite. Pictured on size 4 mannequin and it is too big (pinned to fit). There is no stretch to the fabric, please see measurements:
