Vintage 1970's semi-sheer striped dress in navy with adorable floral print.
The bodice is blousy with a high neck and asymmetrical ruffle.
The overlapped, tulip sleeves have an adorable"puff" at the shoulders.
The waist is elastic and the skirt has a slight a-line cut.
Finished in back with a zip with hook and eye closure.
The fabric is soft and light with lots of movement. It's semi-sheer with stripes in the weave and features the CUTEST white tulip print, which resembles a sprayed stencil.
